1. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, an email will be sent with all your tracking needs! You should be updated when your order is picked up, when it is due for delivery & finally when it is delivered. facing a tracking issue? Contact the team for assistance at deluxehairextensions.co.nz@gmail.com 

2. Product images & colour matching

However, different monitors devices may cause some shades to look slightly different on-screen. We recommend watching the product videos along with the product photos to get an overall idea of the correct shade for you. Our team also offers a Free Colour Matching Service if you want expert advice!

3. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase. We can only accept product returns if these conditions are met:

• Purchased from deluxe hair and unused within the last 7 days

• Original packaging and product components are intact and complete

• Products are in RESELABLE condition. They cannot be worn or tampered with.

4. How do I return or exchange my New Zealand order?

1. Place your item(s) pack into the packaging (or another study box or bag).  

2. Place a note inside indicating your name, order number and email address as well as if you are returning for a refund or Exchange: indicate the full name & length of the set that you wish to exchange to

4. Once your package arrives at our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Any refunds will be issued back to your original method of payment, and you will receive a confirmation email once refunded. For exchanges, our team will be in touch by email. 5. Can I return my order for a refund? Do fees apply?

If for any reason you need to return your goods, and a exchange is not suitable, then you can return them within 7 days for a refund. Refunds are calculated as the total order amount, minus shipping incurred by deluxehair & also minus a $15 refund fee to cover costs of the process. The product hygiene tag must be in-tact around the product, and they must be returned in unused condition.

6. How often should I wash my Hair Extensions with shampoo and conditioner?

We recomommand 1-2 times per week, washing them too often can strip the moisture out of them.

7. Are deluxe hair’s extensions made from real human hair?

Deluxe hair extensions are crafted from 100% Remy Human hair known for its natural texture, softness, and durability. This high-quality hair lets you style your extensions just like your own natural hair.

We also offer Hair Extensions made from synthetic fiber. These extensions closely resemble human hair, offering a soft, silky feel and high-quality look. Same thickness, same feel, same confidence.

8. How many pieces of deluxe hair Tape Extensions do I need?

As a general guide, we recommend 40 pieces if your hair is fine/thin and you want to add some everyday thickness, 60 pieces if your hair is medium thickness and you would like to add volume, or 80 pieces if your natural hair is thick and you want superior results and lots of volume. Our tape range is sold in 20-piece packs; therefore you can always purchase an extra pack if you feel you need more.
